You can schedule an in-person appointment for a Marriage Ceremony, Marriage License, and other select services through Project Cupid. The option to schedule a virtual appointment for a Marriage License also remains available.
Using City Clerk Online, you can fill out applications and submit them online directly to the Office of the City Clerk.
How To Apply. You and your future spouse must schedule an appointment to appear in person at the City Clerk’s Office or attend a virtual appointment through Project Cupid at. City Clerk offices are not providing walk-in services. You are required to provide proper ID and payment at your appointment. The application includes your:

To obtain a marriage licenses, first complete an online marriage application request on the City Clerk’s website and obtain a confirmation number. Then, log onto the Project Cupid website to upload your ID, verify each applicant’s identity, pay a $35 license fee, and schedule your appointment for a future date with the City Clerk.
