When opening my inbox and selecting the email I want to open, the content of the email doesn't show. Logging into my account using the browser, my emails show. How can I fix the app?
The Browser Profile was corrupted. I had to delete/rename the "Default' directory under ../AppData/../Chrome/ . Can you please detail your solution for simple people like me?

Open your inbox and select the email or the person whose profile you want to see by searching their name in the search bar. 4. Their profile picture along with their Email Address will open below. 4.
I just set up my Google Workspace account with a standard plan and when I send emails to my other Gmail account my profile picture does not show up. On the same Gmail account other profile pictures from other organizations shows up so it is not a matter of restriction on the account.
