I currently have Veetle streaming the entire first season on Eastbound and down. The only downside to this is that a software has to be downloaded, although it seems safe and easy. Check it out.
I had to use this hack to get the audio and video synced properly, but apparently that has been fixed in the latest version. But when it works, performance is much better than flash (it's basically embedded VLC) and the quality is often excellent (although it depends on the source, of course).
