Vayama is legit, but useless if you actually need anything more than to pay for a ticket. Due to COVID-19 my international flight home from Indonesia was cancelled. The airline tells me I have to work through my travel agent (Vayama) for a refund.
Avoid Vayama!!! They will scam you. By law, one has the right to cancel a booking within 24 hours. With Vayama, even tho you book online and they send you an email with a link to manage your flight and cancel, if need be, the link on their website does not actually cancel the flight!

After my negative experience with Vayama, I naturally looked at reviews for Vayama and quickly discovered that there are many many people with similar situations. Some of the complaints were certainly mistakes made by the customer, which the Vayama representative pointed out.
You were not scammed. When you purchased your tickets, under Terms and Conditions it clearly states: • Airfares and reservations are not guaranteed until all funds are collected, clarifications if any are resolved, fares are reconfirmed, and tickets are issued. Your ticket was never issued, and you weren't out any money. No scam.
Answer 11 of 10: CASE BACKGROUND: - On Dec 30, 2015, I received the promotion email from Vayama which shown the promoted air ticket from NYC. - While I opened the email, I saw clearly there’s a selection from NYC to London.
I have been asking them for a refund for 5 months and they keep saying it’s covid and it takes longer. I called COPA and they NEVER received a refund request!!! Today they sent an email saying the request was denied!!! They are a scam!!!! Date of experience: March 03, 2021. Useful2.
