The items carried by NPCs and in loot are now capped at a certain level appropriate to the character and location.

Personality has a greater influence on how much people like your character. With high enough Personality, certain animals may become docile.

Used for generating distant LOD meshes and normal/color maps. Download "Landscape LOD generator 5_03" at the bottom of the page and extract the files into your Oblivion\Data folder.
