  6. 17 lip 2019 · If you're a USCF member, you can search for yourself under players/ratings on their web site. You will find your history back to, as @Caesar49bc says, the early 1990s.

  7. 17 maj 2021 · 1 Answer. I found this page from Glickman which contains the old provisional formula. That formula is: R[post] = (N R[pre] + mR[avg] + (W - L)400) / (N+m)
