10 maj 2012 · Factory is still there on the southside of Gibson City, though today Alamo has somewhat of a different focus. I am not sure they still use the M and W name anymore. We toured the place years ago and had a chance to watch them manufacture wagons, grain dryers, and other equipment.

The river is believed to get its name from a Pottawatomie word “Sain-guee-mon,” translated as “where there is plenty to eat.”
