15 wrz 2024 · The Student Assessment Center provides various examinations for the students entering South Texas College. Exams such as the TSI Assessment Exam, the American College Test (ACT), General Educational Development (GED) and many others from Pearson VUE are available.
STC Tutors: four (4) hours of tutoring per week; two (2) extra hours available with approved request; Upswing (non-STC) Tutors: three (3) hours of tutoring per semester only
You can prep individually with a CLE tutor by making an appointment through our online tutoring platform Upswing. In addition, you can visit our TSI Resources webpage where you will find a variety of TSI Review videos and resources. You can also find sample questions and practice tests on our Helpful Links page.

The CLE would like to introduce our new Tutoring Platform - Upswing. Students will now use upswing for online tutoring services as well as schedule in-person tutoring appointments at any STC campus. Please watch this video for information on how to log on and schedule tutoring appointments.
