Prior to accessing your email, you will need to Activate your Account in our Identity Management portal. Once activated you can also use this portal (identity.louisville.edu) to manage your account and others.
Submit the login form with your standard UofL user ID (e.g., fmlast01) then click to the "Forgot your password?" link. During the process, a verification code will be sent either to your preset alternative email or mobile phone.
