Pre-season camp officially begins in the afternoon of August 9 (Percussion and colorguard on August 8). We will welcome all our potential members to Winspear Hall (located at the Murchison Performing Arts Center) at 3pm, followed by a full ensemble rehearsal/auditions in the evening.
I would safely say that the average music major who puts in time and effort to the materials can audition into Wind Ensemble (or whatever the third band is called now). Good luck! Bottom line: practice, and your experience will be much rewarding.
