Picking up a new vehicle this week and the dealer is offering a 48 month warranty on it. Did some look-ups on the group and you don't see much good, but I know that the only people who post reviews on sites like the BBB are people who are angry.

I just bought a used car with an extended warranty from United Car Care. It sounds good in print but I am wondering if any of you has had any real life experience with them.
9 sty 2020 · I bought the platinum warranty from the dealer when I got my car 2 years ago, have never used it until now. They worked with a local BMW service center and a $1745.65 repair was completely covered minus the $100 deductable. Very happy with the level of service. Date of experience: April 09, 2021.
18 gru 2019 · We have a warranty with United Car Care and it turns out we need a new engine. They denied the claim on the basis of a “pre existing condition” from a previous owner (we bought it when it had 40,109 miles).
