If you want recovery then just use the Windows's one, SupportAssist OS Recovery is bloatware. Dell Power Manager is a good one if you are "constantly" changing thermal settings every hours (I don't know why would anyone do this), otherwise you can setup it in the BIOS once and forget about it.
The only preinstalled utility I got rid of was the Killer WiFi one (I went to the bare drivers) because it causes too many WiFi6 connection problems. There are several Windows bloatware apps installed that are the bigger problem than the Dell apps.
