Aquatics. The Student Recreation Facility and the Sport & Fitness Center provide the opportunity for lap and recreational swimming. Both aquatic facilities are fully accessible and ADA compliant. Pool Schedule. SRF. Monday – Thursday: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. Friday: 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. Saturday – Sunday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. SFC.
Adult swim lessons are 1-hour sessions. They are taught with two to three instructors and seven students. many adults have varying levels of comfort around the water and levels are based on the student’s comfort.
