How to apply. Plan to begin your online application at least one week prior to the deadline. There is an application fee of $60. There are two-parts to the application process: Part 1: UIC Graduate College Application. This application is reviewed by the University Office of Admissions.

FIrst Year Applicants: complete the Common Application. Transfer Applicants: complete the UIC Web Application.
Once your application is submitted and verified, you can work on secondary applications or supplemental questions. Many programs will have questions embedded in CASPA or send you a separate application (secondary). It is recommended to return these applications within 2-3 weeks of receiving.

$70 application fee: Fee waiver available for full or expected UIC alumni. This includes (1) Those students who have fully earned, or will earn, a UIC Bachelor’s degree by the proposed term of enrollment in a UIC graduate program and (2) UIC seniors who are seeking concurrent graduate enrollment for the final year of their undergraduate study.
