Also, if you Google the game's title and look at the "Audience rating summary" on the right side, UFC 2 has a 3.3/5, UFC 3 has a 2.6, and UFC 4 has a 1.9. I believe UFC 1 came out before they introduced the rating system so it doesn't have a score.
UFC 3 has the best striking and generally is the most balanced out of all 4 games. UFC 4 took steps both forward and backwards. New clinch and takedowns are cool but really unbalanced (including striking).
