26 mar 2024 · The Fresno VA Medical Center is part of the VA Sierra Pacific Healthcare Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21). Veterans receive their primary care from our clinics in Fresno, Merced, Oakhurst, and Tulare, California.
Residents have the opportunity to evaluate and care for community patients in a referral hospital with University faculty. In addition, they continue to learn and work in the highly managed VA medical system. The UCSF Fresno Department of Medicine faculty provide training to 64 residents each year.
