To Apply for Work-Study. File your 2024-25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (or if eligible under DACA and file your CA Dream Act Application) by the May 2 extended state deadline to be considered for work-study and the best types of other financial aid awards.
Work-study is awarded by the Financial Aid Office as part of your financial aid package. It allows you to earn money for your educational expenses. Work-study is paid through the bi-weekly payroll process, and does not credit your student account.

ODEmmanuel • 1 yr. ago. You can go into Triton link under financial aid and check but you get a new work study grant every year. Last years work study won’t apply for the coming fall. You probably shouldn’t get work study depending on how much they awarded you.
