There are two ways you can access your email via the web, depending on whether your account has been migrated to Office 365 or is still on an Exchange server. Office 365 users. Log in to Office 365. Outlook Web App users.

Email. After you are officially enrolled at UCLA you will receive an UCLA email address (example: JoeBruin@ucla.edu) and this will be the email address used for all official communications from the university so make sure you check it regularly! You can access your email by going through MyUCLA.
Make sure that the email address you enter at step #7d is your departmental email in the following format:username@dept.ucla.edu. If you continue to have problems at this step please contact your local IT department for assistance.
16 sie 2021 · On 8/20/2021, selected Office365 email accounts will be changed to use UCLA’s single sign-on (SSO) method of access. Please note that this will require you to update configurations on your devices to make this change.
