You must be admitted to UCF before you can apply to the College of Nursing’s BSN program. Nationally accredited by the Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), our nursing programs meet the educational eligibility criteria for licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.

This unique, alternative program allows qualified students to take Associate of Science in Nursing courses at approved state colleges while concurrently taking BSN courses at UCF.
Students must first be admitted to UCF before they can apply to the College of Nursing. Therefore, we recommend that students apply to UCF general admissions at least three months in advance of the nursing application deadline, which is February 1 – 15 annually for the Traditional BSN program.
