Transfer applications are reviewed using a comprehensive review process. While no one attribute or characteristic guarantees the admission of any applicant to Berkeley, transfer students can be most competitive by excelling in the academic areas.
Complete two forms, one for UC Berkeley and one for the University of California. The form for UC Berkeley will be listed in your campus application portal (MAP@Berkeley) under "forms" starting in January. You'll receive an email notification.
The application filing period is October 1 – December 2. All applications must be submitted by November 30. Check out our TAG matrix for a full list of the campuses in the program, and their individual requirements. 2. Complete your TAG application. Use our Transfer Admission Planner to fill out your TAG application.
