the Pro 3 is definitely more beginner friendly. they work surprisingly well at slower paces! i had the Alphafly 1 and the Pro 3 is more stable. durability wise the Pro 3 is also way better. the Alphafly is more bouncy at first, but dies after 200 miles. the Adios gets better with every run. they need like 50km to break in but ages like fine wine.
