Worried about a suspicious purchase on Amazon? Log in through the website or app. Don’t call back the number that called you or a number someone left in a voicemail or text message. No one legitimate will tell you to keep it a secret.
You can also report Amazon impersonation scams on the retailer's website. Scam calls received on a mobile can be reported to the network by texting the word ‘call’ followed by the phone number to 7726 on an iPhone.
