Hey has anyone else been having issues with logging in using their CCID. Each time I try it says my password doesn’t match and then when I try and reset it doesn’t allow me too. I just want to know if this is just me or if others are having the same problem! Thanks
If you have not received your temporary PIN or want to get your PIN reset, please contact us through the Student Service Portal using your personal email on file or your UAlberta email address. We will resend the PIN to you.
