5 lut 2006 · Here’s some instructions to build yourself a foot lift. I’ve broken them done into four parts: the legs and stand, the foot lever , the lift and assembly. Just click on the section of the plan you’ll be working on and print them off.
22 maj 2009 · Made in China but it seems very robust and it's easily capable of lifting a large road bike. Ironically I got it through an online wholesaler for a figure close to the retail price of the 135kg lifts I'd been considering.
