Go to the Maps app on your iPhone. Tap your picture or initials next to the search field, then tap Offline Maps. Download over cellular: Tap Wi-Fi Only, then tap to select Wi-Fi + Cellular. Use online maps: Turn off Only Use Offline Maps. Manually update maps: Tap Update All.
