Kotobuki is by far our favorite sushi spot on Long Island! We have tried close to every roll and the tasty boy is most definitely my favorite. Other amazing choices are the Gold Coast, hole in one, or crazy salmon. Everything that comes from this place is incredible in its own way.

Kotobuki is a Japanese restaurant offering both hot entrees and creatuve sushi rolls. This litte eatery was established in 1987 and has been continually growing and expanding ever since. It's success can be attributed to its fresh take on sushi as well as its expertly prepared entrees.
Great service and tasty food. If you want Japanese food with a few spins, this is your place. Long wait during dinner hours on the weekend; Be prepared to wait outside if it's cold out! Worth the wait! Don't forgo the sushi bar if that becomes available while waiting. The experience is just as good.
