In 2023, brush piles were added near Berry Bend boat ramp. Fishing for blue catfish, channel catfish, and flathead catfish should continue to be good across the entire lake. Truman has an abundant population of small blue catfish under 26” (~7 lbs; https://mdc.mo.gov/fishing/species/catfish/catfish-weight-chart).
