You absulutelly need at least 10-20 scouts in your 1st village, to search for free resources and farms and to protect yourself from becoming one. Send resources to your newly established cropper and upgrade fields there.

In order to conquer another village, you need to lower its loyalty to 0% with your administrator (s). Administrators will only lower loyalty when: The attacked village does not have an administration building (Residence, Palace, or Command Center). It is enough if it is destroyed in the same battle.
