14 lip 2008 · Kooks headers are made from 304 stainless steel, and are available for any C6 (’05-’07 LS2, ’08-’09 LS3, ’06-’09 Z06) in a few difference configurations. We chose to utilize the larger 1-7/8-inch headers, with 3-inch merge collectors, that feature 02 sensor bungs pre-welded into the collector.
7 sty 2012 · The 1 7/8" headers made a peak hp of 414.x hp & 421lb ft while the 1 3/4" headers made 408hp & 419 lb ft of torque. While this isn't a huge difference, it definately shows that even on a basically stock car the larger headers are still a good investment!

Realize that headers dyno wasn't done on the same day but the ambient temperature was pretty much at 8-10 degrees difference. Also I have high-flow cats and my mods in signature.
