Download the latest version of the application form here. You can also accomplish the form by hand. The application form must be printed on A4-sized paper. You can accomplish the form using either the English or Korean language. Write in all capital letters when filling out the form.

Must be computerized or typed, NOT handwritten. The font should be Arial size 12. (New rule. Effective starting November 11, 2019.) Must be printed on an A4-size paper.
27 mar 2024 · A South Korea tourist visa is required for all nationalities that are not visa-exempt. The official code for the ordinary tourist visa is C-3-9. You can start the visa application online but you must visit a South Korean embassy in person to submit the documents.
The applicant must receive Visa application form for the confirmation of visa issuance or its number (expiry date) from the sponsor in Korea in order to apply for his/her visa at the Korean Embassy or Consulate General.
