I bought the toto washlet for my guest bathroom reno completed last August. I also purchased a Toto toilet from Lowes and so far the washlet has been working great. I love the heated seat and the seat overall is very comfy. I would have preferred buttons on the side of the washlet like other bidets instead of a remote but not a deal breaker.
