Even the kid that was detailing our Berk told me that it was their policy that every customer was satisfied - what else could he do to help us?
19 lip 2024 · We purchased our 2019 Miramar 37.1 from Total Value RV on 7-18. Salesman was great at promising everything. Problems started right from the beginning. They gave us a time of 1pm to pick up our new rig and do the PDI. 3pm we still hadn't done the PDI or even seen the coach.
