Poor customer service. Ordered sneakers and hit the wrong address. Realized as soon as I hit sent button. Customer service was poor and offered no assistance. Tried to explain the product was going to a college dorm that was not occupied by the recipient named. Do not think I will ever get my money back.
Their customer service is nearly impossible to reach! (We have been trying since March 24 via email, Facebook, and telephone). They say money back guarantee but that's not true.
