This whole thing smells of a very elaborate scam, complete with threatening to hold me to Title 18 Sec 1501, which is for an assault on a process server?! They claimed they attempted to serve me in person at the address i was living at in the initial suit frpm 2007 and also claimed they mailed me at my current address in Florida 45 days ago.

28 maj 2024 · I'm not aware of any court case against me, and I don't want to call back if it's a scam but also don't want to get in trouble if it's not. The caller showed up as from Morgantown, WV, and the phone number they left to return the call was (866) 900-0258.
