They are absolutely a scam & affiliated with several other scammy ticket sites like megaseats. They are arbitraging the ticket buying process - selling tickets for a high price long before the concert or event, and then buying low-price tickets at the last minute to fulfill those orders.
Just got scammed for 2 tickets 49$ each over face value and 50 $ service charge. Was working and bought without double checking.. lesson learned

Total scam. Do not use. I purchased tickets on 2/16/21 to a spring training game on 3/28/21 with a promise that the tickets would be e-mailed to me on 3/24/21. Never got the tickets, and I was on hold on their phony number (866-459-9233) for 2 hours (I flew down to Florida from NY to see this game).
