My crack used login method from origin.com (yes, website, not even the desktop client) and that no longer lets you connect to game servers (in TS4 case - the gallery). Fixed, update your game to get a new crack (for example with Sims 4 Updater).
To play the legit game with pirated DLCs you need to use a DLC Unlocker. If you used my repack (and followed the instructions, so used the DLC Installer and not the setup) you'd see a message that tells you this gives you a cracked game and links to the DLC Unlocker if you want to play the legit one.

If it's a DLC for The Sims 4 then the game config should automatically update when you restart Origin/EA app. If it's a DLC for a different game - redownload the Unlocker and add the game config again.
