3-go back to the default resolution and delete the custom resolution you created. 4-update or reinstall your graphics driver. 5-re-create the custom resolution and (I recomment at least) restart your computer. In my experience, you can do these two things in either order and it makes no difference.
Very frustrating. Does this in Fullscreen as well as Windowed Fullscreen. Tried to Verify game files and that did not fix. Gonna uninstall and reinstall tonight to see if that fixes it. Never had this issue in any other game before. UPDATE: 7/13/18 - Uninstall and reinstall of game on new patch fixed it.
