Stayed at The Dylan for 5 days recently and it's such a cute, central hotel and the customer service is superb. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because the room was very general/standard small room, but everything else was amazing.
The customer service was the best…from all departments in the hotel we happened to came in contact. As we are sharing our stories of Amsterdam with our family and friends, The stay at the Dylan, happens to be one of the highlights.
