I can really see Thanos taking Onslaught in raw power, he only have the power of Magneto which i would say is useless against Thanos. I believe Onslaught can also enter in astral form, so can Thanos. He have showed this type of skill when he fought his other self.
So who wins in a fight between a highly powerful Telepath with muscles, and a muscular guy with telepathic resistance? Throw in the hax; Onslaught has more to offer than Thanos. Far more creative and has a wider range in reality warping powers.
Onslaught's got power to spare, but hasn't showed anything Thanos couldn't do or tank while half-paying attention, and even if he did have the sheer power feats to match him, he doesn't show the intellect. Just out of curiosity: What has Red Onslaught done in terms of feats? Are they comparable to the original?
And not sure if should include Franklin/Nate buffed Onslaught or if that's like giving thanos the infinity gems.
So in theory, Onslaught should have the power to blow up Thanos' mind. It would be an interesting battle.
