I'm relatively new to the game (lvl. 32) with a free account and I've been wondering how to get accessories like hats, goggles etc. without spending money. Note that crafting cosmetics is disabled for me, so is there another way to get free stuff?

If you have a premium account, cosmetics and tools (name tags, paints) have a small chance to be given to you through the random drop system. I've personally gotten extremely lucky, receiving over 10 cosmetics this way in my 3000 or so hours.
