9 lip 2023 · This datapack implements formatting codes for making customized text without JSON formatting! Formatting codes can be used to customize item names within anvils and text within books without the need for commands or special permissions.
Text in Minecraft can be formatted with the section sign (§). In Bedrock Edition, the section sign can be used in signs, world names, book and quills, anvils and cartography tables (to rename items and maps), and in the chat input field (including in commands such as /say and /title).

16 lut 2023 · What you are looking for is called "obfuscated" text, not "cursed". And while Java Edition still supports using the § symbol internally, the proper way of doing this is using the raw JSON text format. They even try to prevent you from typing it in-game through the client.
9 maj 2020 · I've been playing on a Minecraft server and a guy just started to give away his own items with colorful names. Can I use anvils to give colorful names to items? Use § mark. You can use §0-§9 and also § {letter}. §0text = black text, §1text = blue text, etc.
