The Texas Education Agency Login (TEAL) is a secure gateway where access must be set up before an educator can access their certification account. The TEAL and ECOS sites only support the use of Google Chrome.
Log in into your TEAL account to access your educator account, click View My Educator Certification Account to access your ECOS account and complete the appropriate online application and pay the fee.

If you are a first-time PACT or Charter School candidate, you must go to the TEA website at www.tea.texas.gov (click "ECOS for Educators" on the top toolbar) and create a TEA Login (TEAL) account. When you create your account, you will complete an Educator Profile and obtain a TEA ID number.
Your TEASE account is now linked to the TEAL system. You can now access your TEASE applications from TEAL. Note: You can no longer use this TEASE username to directly log in to TEASE.
