Texas Police Patches. My name is Dennis Kelley, and I am a police patch collector in San Antonio, Texas. I have been collecting public safety patches since 1992. While I specialize in collecting law enforcement patches from Texas agencies, I collect other patches as well.
I collect Public Safety patches world-wide. I started collecting patches in 1998. I graduated with a certificate in Criminal Justice, and I am a former police explorer and community service officer. To date, I have 4,369 patches from all over the world to include Public Safety and military insignia.
