Call us right away at 1-800-777-7328. Your card will be “frozen”. This means that no one - not even you - can use your card. If you need a new card, we will mail you one. You'll get it in about a week.
16 wrz 2024 · Call the Texas EBT hotline number at 1-800-777-7328. Your state may require you to change your PIN, report your card stolen, and/or request a new card. If your benefits were electronically stolen in or after October 2022 (e.g., through skimming or phishing), you may be eligible to apply for reimbursement.
18 lip 2023 · The last option is to call the EBT Customer Service number (1-800-777-7328), which is on the back of your card. After calling, enter the sixteen digits of your EBT card and you will be provided with the current balance of your food assistance account.
