State Minimum Salary Schedules. For teachers, full-time librarians, full-time counselors, and full-time nurses, the state minimum salary is as provided by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). See Table 1. Note: Districts of Innovation will use the 187 day salary schedule for calculation purposes.
