25 lis 2023 · I need help solving the problem with connecting my new TCL 4K TV P635. On my Dell Inspiron 14 7425 with AMD Ryzen 5 5625U I can't make it run with 60hz, only 24hz is an option. But with all exact HDMI cables, my Macbook Air M1 runs perfectly with 4K and 60hz.
I have a Windows 11 PC hooked up to a TCL 85 inch tv. Everything works except HDR. How do you enable HDR? PS5 HDR and HDR in Roku apps works….
18 lip 2023 · I recently got a new 4k TV, TCL 43RC630K. I have tried to use it as an external monitor on my 12 gen framework using win 11 pro. It is detected fine and automatically displays the correct resolution but it says HDR not supported in the control panel. I have tried a few different cables but no joy.

So I went to Windows' display settings, and then advanced display settings. The display information showed that it was indeed stuck in 4K/120. I then went into display adapter properties (if you're running multiple displays, make sure you have the TV selected in the upper dropdown), then the Monitor tab.
In the TV settings - Input settings - make sure the Advanced HDMI 2.1 or 2.0 compatible is enabled and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) and VRR (freesync) are both enabled.
