18 lut 2022 · There are no wired connections on a Tango 2 between the gimbals and the mainboard. The other end of the gimbal stick that is close to the mainboard simply has a magnet on the end of it and all the hall sensor circuitry is built onto the mainboard itself.
Got the Tango 2. The controller wasn’t detecting the sticks. The solution was to calibrate the gimbals (page 5 of tools menu). Another issue was that the input page didn’t have Aileron channel available. After gimbal calibration, I wiggled the roll and the aileron channel appeared.

13 sty 2021 · I have weird issue on my Tango 2. When I power up and do the calibration (including crosses) it works perfectly. When I put my gimbal stick to extremes and move second axis the first one is rock solid on the given extreme. Sticks also touches each edge and corners - in short it's perfect but...
Does that include using the starters zip, then flashing the latest firmwares? Both OpenTX and Crossfire? Then apply factory reset after which you calibrate the gimbals again?
I don’t own the tango 2 but based on your info of the pitch and roll not showing up, it seems like something may be wrong with the right side gimbal. Again I cannot say with certainty but I’d perhaps check the insides and make sure everything is wired up and connected.
