Electronic Filing. The Office of Court Administration (OCA) manages the contract for the statewide eFiling system known as eFileTexas.gov. The system was originally contracted in 2012. In 2020, OCA re-procured the statewide eFiling system and the contract was awarded to Tyler Technologies.
