Daily Tasks has a database of all known Task Bulletin Boards and the Tasks that they contain. It can not only list these, but can also check your inventory for trophy items and show which items can be turned in to complete tasks (and if one of your alts can use it).

Any good plugins for quest locations on map. MoorMap and terrain map have helped me. The map already shows the locations, when available, for quests in the on-screen quest tracker (5 max). The legend lets you toggle them on and off, useful for flashing areas for individual quests.
It's accessible to any character played by the same account on that server, so you can use it to keep track of things across the server. List your deeds needed without putting them in the quest tracker. List mats needed for all your alts. List weapons/armor/jewelry needed for your crafters to make.
