The U.S. Army Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) Training is offered through the Army’s EAMS portal. You will need a CAC to access this training. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your CAC to complete this training and then it must be retaken annually.
Joint Knowledge Online. JS-US007 Level I Antiterrorism Awareness Training (2 hrs) This web-based training is sponsored by the Joint Staff in coordination with the Military Services. Completion of this training meets the annual requirement for Level I Antiterrorism Training prescribed by DoDI 2000.16.
Security Awareness Hub. This website provides frequently assigned courses, including mandatory annual training, to DOD and other U.S. Government and defense industry personnel who do not require transcripts to fulfill training requirements for their specialty.
The new course design and structure enables students to test-out for knowledge they may have from previous training and experiences. The course also provides a post-test to enrollees prior to receiving their certificate of completion.
To access the course through JKO, you will first navigate to the Center for Development of Security Excellence website where you will be asked to register for an account on the Security Training, Education, and Professionalization Portal.
You can choose from a variety of self-paced training courses, including Army Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP), Distributed Leader Course, Information Security Program Training, Risk Management, and Commander’s Safety Training.
